The problem
Achieve, a consumer fintech for debt resolution and personal loans, suffered from inconsistent UX patterns and dated visuals, which hurt conversion and slowed down both design and development.
What I did
I was the lead designer on three different teams concurrently: Growth, Tools, and Re-engagement, delivering web, app, and email designs.
I helped the teams audit and refine user journeys, create reusable components, and redesign key web, mobile, and marketing flows: the MXP dashboard, offer card components, discount card variations that satisfied Legal & Compliance, landing page and fintech component treatments, and the email-to-landing-page funnel for returning customers.
